Mieke Van den Bossche

Mieke Van den Bossche obtained a degree in psychology from the Free University of Brussels. She lectured several years at this university and worked as a human resources manager within a large insurance company.

In the early 90s she was the founder of  ‘Assess’, an organization specialized in leadership- and communication issues for profit, non-profit as well as individual coaching. Mieke has been involved in extensive improvement programs for the scientific and organizational management of the university of Leuven and in companies as Allen and Overy Lawyers and the UZA (University Hospital Antwerpen). Assess has an extensive network of professionals within its working field.

Mieke’s mother tongue is Dutch and she is fluent in French and English. She is a passionate and certified mountaineer with the adage; ‘The sky is the limit. She used to play violin during many years. While studying, she played in the Belgian youth orchestra.

Michel Clerinx

Development of man and/in organisations, that’s what it’s all about in Michel Clerinx’ career.

In 20 years he was human resources manager in a SME,  learning consultant in an industrial environment, HR & change advisor in the national administration, and CEO of 2 small organisations which focused on learning and development.

In 2010 he decided to use this broad experience as an independent consultant: facilitating change or learning processes, coaching executives and teams, training executives, mediating and acting.

Michel is a Social Assistant by education and has a Master in Organisation Sociology. Regular participation on and organisation of several learning events (networking events, trainings, workshops, constellations …) as well as active health and nature experience make part of the ongoing development of his skills and his personal leadership.
